Why we're asking
TimelyNodes is an optimisation engine for hard scheduling problems. We are not a university timetabling product yet, and that is exactly the point of this — we would rather find out what the job actually involves from the people who do it than guess from the outside and build the wrong thing well.
We are looking for a small number of universities to work with closely. If that is not of interest, your answers are still worth having, and you can give them without telling us who you are.
What happens to your answers
- We ask for no data about your institution. No student records, no staff records, no timetable files, and no access to any of your systems. Every question is about your experience and your opinion.
- Answers are analysed together and reported in aggregate. Nothing is attributed to a named institution without asking you first.
- Contact details are optional and only stored if you ask us for something in the final section.
- Submitting this does not commit you to a pilot, a purchase, or a conversation.
- You can ask us to delete your details at any time — hello@timelynode.com.
